The 2010 Bayou City Film Inspirational Film Festival (BCIFF) will take place October 7-10, 2010, in Houston, TX. Our annual festival will once again showcase some of the best positive, educational, and inspirational film and video projects from artists and filmmakers from around the world. This spectacular 4-day multicultural event will consist of a variety of seminars and workshops facilitated by world-renowned industry professionals, networking events, film screenings, youth events and spotlights, an awards brunch, and much more.
